There are three dominant strands to my sculptural work which often interweave.
The first reflects the wish to make sculpture a more interactive, personal or intimate
experience for the viewer involving the opportunity to choose, rearrange, assemble
or play. The second is an interest in expressing simple 'organic' or archaic forms
but giving them the kind of smooth, regularized finish more associated with mass-
produced or commercial objects. The third and latest strand involves an exploration
of the model form as a means of expression; as final output rather than merely as a
stage in the development.
